We appreciate that a cancellation may be unavoidable, however, we request ample notification.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. Any appointments cancelled less than 48 hours, will be charged the full fee.
If the required notice is not given, a cancellation fee will be charged. Balancing our responsibilities in this area is of the utmost importance to us. We aim to be as fair as possible and will consider special circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
Late arrival:
If you arrive late for a scheduled appointment, services will be provided for the remaining time allocated to the scheduled appointment.
