Embody Polyvagal Theory
Learn practical SSP implementation
Humans are wired to gather.
Throughout our evolution, gathering together played a vital role in survival, connection, and shared meaning. We are drawn to moments that bring us together—birthdays, ceremonies, work meetings, community circles, and yes—even how we gather with our clients in therapeutic groups and experiences.
A Gathering is a time to share stories, connect, learn from one another, and grow within a safe space. Experience polyvagal-informed strategies for supporting individuals, families or groups with the SSP.

Equine Assisted-Safe & Sound Protocol
Experience the SSP like never before. Surrounded by nature, group connection, and during equine-facilitated experiences.
The SSP resources the vagal system for a deeper relational resonance to self and others. Expand your neuroception for sensing in and being "With" as essential SSP elements for holding space.

Polyvagal Informed Breath work and HRV
Dr Porges' early work involved understanding the cardio-vagal system and homeostasis. He developed HRV measures that indirectly assess vagal tone. Learn cardiovagal resonance breathwork and a Polyvagal-informed breathwork approach to expand neural flexibility. Polyvagal breath work supports SSP implementation. Learn an introduction to polyvagal-informed heart rate variability applied to SSP and RRP.

Neuroception of Connection
Benefits of coming together in person:
1. Deeper Connections
In-person interactions foster stronger relationships, rapport, and authentic moments of connection that often lead to meaningful collaboration and lasting professional networks.
2. Open Communication
Real-time dialogue to clarify ideas, ask questions, and engage in thoughtful conversations that deepen understanding.
3. Hands-On Learning
Live, experiential practice brings theory to life. Applying new ideas in a supportive setting encourages deeper learning, greater confidence, and ease in carrying over into practice.
Deepen your self-awareness and understanding of non-verbal communication and body language.
4. Creative Collaboration
Creativity flows more naturally, and spontaneous ideas are shared. Group problem-solving often leads to innovative breakthroughs.
5. Shared Energy and Focus
A unique energy emerges when like-minded people gather with a shared purpose. That energy boosts motivation, facilitates learning and helps build a sense of community.

Gathering in person cultivates a sense of belonging.
